Mr. Emmanuel Owusu Ansah is who liked to be called Onasis received his Msc and Bsc degrees in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana in 1998 and 1993 respectively he has served as a Statistician System analyst at the Kumasi Center for Collaborative Research KCCR and also as a demonstrator in the Department of Mathematics, KNUST.

His research interests are in the areas of using graphic calculator and computer technology in the teaching and learning of Mathematics and Optimization of flood risk management in a catchment area in Accra.

Onasis is a member of the Ghana Science Association and University Teachers Association of Ghana. He dreams to be part of the team to implement the first online distance education system in Ghana. He is currently a lecturer and lectures courses in Numerical Analysis and Mathematical programming to both undergraduate and graduate students.
